2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account data: Email address, display name, and password hash.
  • Phone numbers: Verified phone numbers for call routing and OTP verification.
  • Developer profiles: Skills, hourly rates, bio, timezone, availability, and payout details.
  • Payment information: Processed by Razorpay; we do not store card numbers.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

  • Call metadata: Call duration, timestamps, call status, and session identifiers.
  • Usage logs: API requests, page views, feature usage patterns.
  • Device information: Browser type, IP address, operating system.

2.3 Third-Party Data

  • Twilio: Call routing metadata and SMS delivery reports.
  • ElevenLabs: Voice AI conversation transcripts (ephemeral, not stored permanently).
  • Razorpay: Payment transaction IDs and subscription status.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process subscriptions and payments.
  • Route voice calls between AI agents and developers.
  • Facilitate the developer marketplace (profile display, hire matching).
  • Send transactional communications (OTP codes, billing receipts).
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these scenarios:

  • Service providers: Twilio (telephony), ElevenLabs (voice AI), Razorpay (payments), Railway (hosting).
  • Marketplace interactions: Developer profiles (name, skills, rating) are publicly visible to marketplace users.
  • Legal compliance: When required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Call session metadata is retained for 90 days. Voice recordings are ephemeral and not permanently stored. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), secure API key management, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate personal data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict processing of your personal data.

Your data may be processed in servers located outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of data to India and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
